sunny side up
Eggs, not scrambled
Sunny side up describes an egg fried on one side only, with the yolk left intact and facing upward like a small sun.
The white sets while the yolk remains runny: I'll have two eggs sunny side up.
The term contrasts with over easy, where the egg is flipped.
