siphonic
Flowing through tubes
Siphonic describes something that operates by or relates to a siphon—the method of moving liquid through a tube by creating pressure differences.
The term appears most often in plumbing: a siphonic toilet uses the suction created by water flowing through a curved trap to empty the bowl, as opposed to wash-down designs that rely mainly on gravity.
