scroll wheels
Navigation finger spinners
Scroll wheels are the rotating discs on computer mice that let you move up and down through documents and web pages.
Rolling the wheel forward scrolls up; rolling back scrolls down.
Most scroll wheels also click inward as a button.
Some wheels tilt side to side for horizontal scrolling: My scroll wheel stopped working, so now I have to drag the scrollbar like an animal.
