robot voice
Computerized vocal tone
Robot voice describes the flat, mechanical tone people adopt when imitating machines or reading aloud without expression: She answered in a robot voice: "I. Am. Not. Amused.".
It also refers to the artificial quality of synthesized or digitally processed speech, whether from actual text-to-speech systems or audio effects that make human voices sound electronic.
