revaluation
New value determination
Revaluation is the act of assessing something's value again, typically resulting in a changed valuation.
In economics, revaluation specifically means an official increase in a currency's exchange rate relative to other currencies—the opposite of devaluation: The central bank announced a revaluation of the yuan.
More broadly, any reassessment of worth: His death prompted a revaluation of his artistic legacy.
