reunion tours
Bands reforming temporarily
A reunion tour is a concert series by a band whose members have gone separate ways, reforming to perform together again.
The term implies both nostalgia and commercial opportunity—fans eager to relive earlier eras, artists capitalizing on enduring popularity.
Reunion tours range from brief farewell runs to extended revivals: The band announced a reunion tour twenty years after their breakup.
