remixable

Open to reinterpretation

Remixable describes content that can be modified, recombined, or adapted into new forms.

The term comes from music production, where tracks are remixed, but has spread to digital culture broadly: remixable software, remixable media, remixable licenses.

Creative Commons and open-source movements prize remixability as a feature rather than a flaw.

The whole point of the template is that it's remixable.
