regardfulness

State of noticing

Regardfulness is the quality of being attentive or considerate toward something or someone.

The word is rare and literary, appearing mostly in older texts.

Where modern English would use attentiveness or consideration, regardfulness sounds archaic: His regardfulness toward her feelings was evident.
