considerateness
Caring for others
Considerateness is the quality of being thoughtful about others' feelings and needs.
It describes someone who anticipates how their actions affect people around them: Her considerateness showed in small gestures—holding doors, remembering names, asking about sick relatives.
The word is slightly more formal than its near-synonym consideration.
