reconstituting
Making whole again
Reconstituting is restoring something to its original form, especially by adding water to a dried or concentrated substance: reconstituting powdered milk, reconstituting frozen orange juice.
The term extends to rebuilding organizations or systems that have been dissolved or dismantled: The committee is reconstituting after last year's scandal.
