pieman
Seller of tarts
A pieman is a person who makes or sells pies.
The word appears most famously in the nursery rhyme "Simple Simon met a pieman going to the fair." Once a common street vendor, piemen have largely disappeared, though the term occasionally surfaces for bakers specializing in pies.
