pickup point
Designated retrieval location
A pickup point is a designated location where goods or people are collected.
Online retailers and delivery services use pickup points as alternatives to home delivery—customers retrieve packages from lockers, stores, or other convenient spots: Select a pickup point near your workplace.
The term also applies to rideshare meeting spots and tour departure locations.
