part-timer

Not fully employed

A part-timer is someone who works fewer hours than a standard full-time schedule, typically at a job: The store relies heavily on part-timers during the holiday rush.

The term can also describe anyone who does something occasionally rather than as a main pursuit: He's just a part-timer at the gym.
