ovular
Like an ellipse
Ovular means relating to or shaped like an ovum (egg cell) or an ovule (the structure in plants that develops into a seed).
In reproductive biology: ovular development, the ovular stage of fertilization.
The word is sometimes confused with oval, which describes an elongated circular shape, but ovular specifically concerns eggs or egg-producing structures.
