original copy
First authentic version
An original copy is the first or authentic version of a document, recording, or other duplicable item—the source from which reproductions are made.
The phrase sounds contradictory but makes sense: copy here means an instance or specimen rather than a reproduction.
Make sure you keep the original copy and send duplicates to the others.
