open studios
Workspace visiting event
Open studios is an event where artists open their workspaces to the public, typically for a weekend.
Visitors can tour studios, watch artists at work, and often purchase pieces directly.
The format builds community between artists and collectors while bypassing gallery representation: The neighborhood holds open studios every fall.
