nude model
Unclothed art subject
A nude model is a person who poses without clothing for artists, photographers, or art students.
The term is neutral and professional, distinguishing artistic contexts from pornographic ones: She worked as a nude model for the university's figure drawing classes.
The work requires holding poses for extended periods while artists capture the human form.
