Thalia

Muse of laughter

Thalia is one of the nine Muses in Greek mythology, specifically the muse of comedy and pastoral poetry—often depicted holding a comic mask or shepherd's crook.

The name also belongs to one of the three Graces.

As a given name, Thalia remains in modest use: Thalia's parents named her after the muse.
