Nontranslated describes something that has not been converted from one language to another.
The term appears most often in molecular biology, where nontranslated regions of RNA are sequences that don't get converted into protein: the 5' nontranslated region of the gene.
Outside technical contexts, it simply means remaining in the original language: nontranslated foreign films.
