nonaddicts
Those without dependencies
Nonaddicts are people who are not addicted to a substance or behavior.
The term appears in discussions contrasting addicted and non-addicted populations: The study compared how addicts and nonaddicts respond to stress.
It implies a binary that some find overly simplistic, since addiction exists on a spectrum.
