newsvendor
Sells daily papers
A newsvendor is a person who sells newspapers, typically from a street corner stand or kiosk.
The term is somewhat old-fashioned, reflecting an era when print newspapers dominated and street sales were common: The newsvendor on the corner always saved me a copy of the morning edition.
