n00b
Clueless fresh arrival
N00b is internet slang for a newcomer or inexperienced person, especially in online games or forums.
The spelling with zeros instead of o's marks it as leetspeak—a style of writing that substitutes numbers and symbols for letters.
N00b carries more derision than the standard spelling noob: These n00bs keep dying in the first level.
The term often implies not just inexperience but unwillingness to learn.
