misalphabetized
Letters ordered incorrectly
Misalphabetized means arranged in the wrong alphabetical order.
The term usually describes an error rather than a deliberate choice: The library's card catalog was badly misalphabetized.
A misalphabetized list has entries out of sequence, making it harder to locate what you're looking for.
