mine's
That one's mine
Mine's is a nonstandard contraction of "mine is" that appears in casual speech and informal writing.
It treats the possessive pronoun mine as if it were a noun that could take a contracted verb, parallel to formations like "John's here" becoming "mine's here." Mine's the blue one.
Mine's better than yours.
Though grammatically irregular, it's widely understood and used in relaxed conversation.
