A manned mission is a space flight with human crew aboard, as opposed to robotic or unmanned missions.
The term dominated space program vocabulary from the 1960s onward: the first manned mission to the Moon.
Some now prefer "crewed mission" to avoid gendered language, though manned remains common in technical and historical contexts.
