magic acts
Conjuring performances onstage
Magic acts are performances featuring illusions, sleight of hand, and seemingly impossible feats—card tricks, disappearances, sawing assistants in half.
The term covers both the individual routines and the performers who present them: The cruise ship featured three different magic acts.
A magic act may be a quick stage segment or an elaborate headlining show.
