line spacing
Between-row distance setting
Line spacing is the vertical distance between lines of text.
In word processing and design, it's often measured in multiples of the font size: single-spaced, double-spaced, or 1.5 spacing.
Tighter line spacing fits more text on a page; looser spacing improves readability.
Also called leading in typography, from the thin lead strips once placed between lines of metal type.
