letch

Creepy ogling type

A letch is a person with excessive or inappropriate sexual desire, or the desire itself.

The word is a back-formation from lecherous and functions as a slightly informal variant of lecher.

As a verb, to letch after someone is to desire them lustfully: He's always letching after the new employees.
