knee sleeves
Leg joint supports
Knee sleeves are cylindrical tubes of stretchy material—typically neoprene—worn over the knee joint during exercise, especially weightlifting and squatting.
They provide compression that increases blood flow, keeps the joint warm, and offers mild stability without the rigid support of a knee brace.
Unlike wraps, which must be wound around the leg, sleeves simply slide on.
I always wear knee sleeves for heavy squat days.
