inhospitality
Refusing to host
Inhospitality is unfriendliness or unwelcome treatment toward guests or strangers—the opposite of hospitality.
The word describes both the quality of being unwelcoming and specific instances of it: The region's inhospitality to outsiders was legendary.
It can apply to places as well as people: the inhospitality of the desert.
