Wind-powered lake sliders
Ice boats are watercraft designed to travel over frozen lakes and rivers on metal runners or blades, propelled by sails or sometimes motors.
They can reach remarkable speeds on smooth ice.
The term also applies to boats that break through ice or carry ice as cargo.
