hyper-aggressive

Extremely confrontational behavior

Hyper-aggressive describes behavior that is excessively or intensely aggressive—more combative, hostile, or forceful than the situation warrants.

The prefix hyper- amplifies ordinary aggression to an extreme degree: hyper-aggressive sales tactics, a hyper-aggressive foreign policy.

Often carries a critical tone, suggesting the aggression is counterproductive or over the top.
