houseboy
Young household worker
A houseboy is a male domestic servant, typically one who performs general household duties.
The term carries colonial overtones, having been used widely by white employers in Africa and Asia to refer to adult male servants regardless of age.
Today the word sounds dated and condescending: The plantation owner summoned his houseboy.
