house vodka
Bar's default liquor
House vodka is the default, unspecified vodka a bar uses when you order a vodka drink without naming a brand.
It's typically the cheapest option the establishment stocks, as opposed to premium or top-shelf selections: The well drinks are made with house vodka.
Also called well vodka.
