home jersey
Host team attire
A home jersey is the uniform a sports team wears when playing in their own stadium or arena.
Teams typically have distinct home and away jerseys to ensure visual contrast between opponents.
In many sports, the home team traditionally wears darker or more colorful uniforms: The Lakers' home jersey is purple and gold.
Also called home kit or home uniform.
