hipsterdom
Artisanal coffee territory
Hipsterdom is the world, culture, or collective identity of hipsters—those who cultivate unconventional tastes in music, fashion, and lifestyle, often with ironic detachment.
The word can refer to the hipster community as a whole or to the state of being a hipster: She retreated deeper into hipsterdom after moving to Brooklyn.
Like most -dom formations, it suggests both a realm and a condition.
