Nuts and raisins
Gorp is trail mix—a blend of nuts, raisins, chocolate, and other portable snacks carried by hikers and backpackers.
The name may derive from "good old raisins and peanuts" or simply from the verb gorp, meaning to eat greedily.
I packed some gorp for the hike.
