Puppy chow has two meanings.
The first is commercial dog food formulated for puppies.
The second is a sweet snack made by coating cereal (usually Chex) in melted chocolate and peanut butter, then tossing it in powdered sugar: We made puppy chow for the party.
The snack is also called muddy buddies.
