goody two shoes
Annoyingly virtuous person
A goody two shoes is someone who behaves virtuously to an irritating degree—ostentatiously proper, eager to follow rules, quick to demonstrate their own goodness.
The term is almost always derogatory, implying smugness or priggishness rather than genuine virtue: Don't be such a goody two shoes.
