Escape consequence voucher
A get-out-of-jail-free card is something that allows escape from consequences or obligations.
From the Monopoly board game card that lets players leave jail without paying, it now describes any advantage that grants immunity: His family connections were a get-out-of-jail-free card.
Often used skeptically about those who avoid accountability others would face.
