gate pass
Airport escort document
A gate pass is a document authorizing someone to enter or exit a restricted area—a factory, military base, construction site, or gated community.
It typically specifies the holder's name, purpose, and time permitted: Security checked my gate pass before letting me through.
Gate passes may be temporary for visitors or permanent for regular access.
