fun size
Deceptively tiny portions
Fun size describes candy bars and other treats sold in miniature portions, typically for Halloween distribution.
The term is marketing euphemism—there's nothing especially fun about getting less candy.
By extension, fun size describes anything notably small, often applied to short people with affectionate irony: At five foot two, she calls herself fun size.
