flat roof
No-slope house top
A flat roof is a roof with little or no pitch, appearing level or nearly so.
Common on commercial buildings and modern residential architecture, flat roofs require different drainage and waterproofing than sloped roofs: The flat roof leaked after heavy rain.
Despite the name, most have a slight slope to prevent water pooling.
