flaccidness
State of drooping
Flaccidness is the state of being soft and limp rather than firm.
The word applies to muscle tissue that has lost tone, to wilted plants, or to anything that should hold its shape but doesn't: the flaccidness of his handshake.
It often describes penile limpness, which makes even innocent uses sound faintly clinical or comic.
