film club
Cinema appreciation society
A film club is a group that meets regularly to watch and discuss movies, often focusing on particular genres, directors, or eras.
Members typically gather to screen films together, then analyze or debate them afterward.
Some film clubs operate through schools or community centers; others are informal gatherings among friends: The film club is showing French New Wave classics this month.
