fast talker
Slick verbal operator
A fast talker is someone who uses smooth, rapid speech to persuade or deceive—a salesman pushing a dubious deal, a con artist spinning a story.
The speed itself is part of the technique, giving the listener little time to think critically: Don't let some fast talker pressure you into signing anything.
The term is almost always pejorative.
