fang marks
Snake bite signs
Fang marks are the paired puncture wounds left by a bite from a fanged animal, typically a snake or vampire.
The term appears most often in medical contexts describing snakebites or in fiction involving vampires: The doctor examined the fang marks on her ankle.
Two small holes close together are the telltale sign.
