eyelid twitch
Spasming eye cover
An eyelid twitch is an involuntary, repetitive spasm of the eyelid muscles, usually the upper lid.
Most twitches are harmless and temporary, triggered by stress, fatigue, or caffeine: I've had this annoying eyelid twitch all week.
The condition typically resolves on its own.
