employee feedback
Worker performance commentary
Employee feedback is information given to workers about their job performance, or input that workers provide about their workplace.
The term covers both directions: managers giving feedback to staff (Your presentation skills have really improved), and employees giving feedback to leadership (The new scheduling system isn't working).
Organizations increasingly formalize both through reviews, surveys, and suggestion systems.
