eateth

Dines in scripture

Eateth is an archaic third-person singular form of eat, found in Early Modern English texts, particularly the King James Bible and works of Shakespeare's era.

The -eth ending was the standard way to mark third-person singular verbs before -s took over: He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me.

Today it appears only in deliberately archaic or religious contexts.
